The sun barely peeks over the horizon as I arrive at our location for another exciting day. As a budtender at Molly Ann Farms, my morning routine starts with a detailed inventory check of our premium products, ensuring everything is properly stored and displayed.

Daily Operations

6:30 AM – Arrive early to review updated state compliance regulations
7:00 AM – Team huddle to discuss daily specials and new products
7:30 AM – Clean and sanitize all display cases
8:00 AM – Doors open to serve our North Jersey community

Throughout the day, I assist customers from Haledon, Hawthorne, and surrounding areas, providing educated guidance on our selection of products. Each interaction is unique, as we help both seasoned consumers and those new to cannabis find exactly what they’re looking for.

Afternoon Rush

The lunch hour brings familiar faces from Paterson and Wayne, many stopping in during their break. We pride ourselves on efficiency while maintaining the personalized service that sets us apart. Between customers, we:

• Process incoming deliveries
• Continue education on new products

Evening Wind Down

As the day comes to a close, we prepare for tomorrow by:
